San Juan Hut Systems has approached the USFS with a request for consideration of a Special Use Permit for a hiking hut route! The concept is to utilize 4 of our winter ski huts along the Sneffles Range that remain unused in the summer months. This route as some of you may know connects Ouray, Colorado to Telluride, Colorado. We are fielding your thoughts on this idea.
